December 2004 NEMES Meeting
Our speaker for the December meeting was be Fred Gould. Fred's subject was kites. He reviewed familiar applications of kites and introduced some not so familiar applications of kites. Examples of mooring lines and anchoring systems were be covered along with general construction techniques and materials considerations.
