Pepperell Crank Up
Pepperell MA
13 July 2014
This years Crank Up is bittersweet as it may be the last
on held in the small town of Pepperell MA. The folks who have
organized the meet for the past forty years are slowing down and in
addition to the years have some medical problems that come with age so
they no longer feel they can handle the work of running the event.
I made a special point of seeking them out and expressing my thanks for
their efforts over the years and hope that others did
likewise.
This was a very busy weekend for me. Friday I was at the Wireless and Steam museum in RI, Saturday on Long Island at the Long Island Antique Power Assn. show, Sunday morning at Pepperell and from there to the ATCA truck show in Bolton MA at the fairground. http://neme-s.org/2014/Wireless_and_Steam_July_2014/new_england_museum_of_wireless.htm http://neme-s.org/2014/Long_Island_Antique_Power_2014/long_island_antique_power_associ.htm
